Details
CAS: 63631-40-3
Core structure: Highly selective competitive bradykinin B2 receptor antagonist. Based on the native bradykinin nonapeptide backbone, it is modified with multiple unnatural amino acids (N-terminal D-arginine, hydroxyproline, thienylalanine, D-phenylalanine substitution), significantly improving receptor affinity, metabolic stability and subtype selectivity, and reversibly blocks the binding of bradykinin to B2 receptors.
We also provide specifications from crude to 99% purity, please contact us for details!

Product Name CAS:63631-40-3: BW-180C
Description BW-180C is a potent and highly selective competitive antagonist of bradykinin B2 receptor. It specifically binds to B2 receptors on cell membranes and blocks various biological effects mediated by endogenous bradykinin, including vasodilation, increased capillary permeability, pain signal transduction and inflammatory mediator release. Modified with unnatural amino acids, its in vivo peptidase resistance is significantly improved, with longer duration of action than native peptide antagonists, and no obvious cross-activity on B1 receptors. It is widely used in bradykinin receptor subtype functional identification, pain conduction mechanism, inflammatory response regulation, cardiovascular pharmacology and allergic disease research, and is a classic tool peptide for bradykinin system research.
Peptide Purity (HPLC, %) 95% / 98% / 99%
Free base molecular formula C₅₆H₇₅N₁₅O₁₁S
Free base molecular weight (Da) 1162.36, higher for salt form
Structure type Modified nonapeptide with multi-site unnatural amino acid substitution, free peptide / acetate salt
